Unroll your yoga mat, a blanket, or whatever is available to you and do a few simple yoga poses. Here are a some ideas to start your practice. Begin standing on your feet in Mountain Pose and observe if the feet point straight ahead or do they tend to turn in or out? Do you stand more on foot than the other? Where on your feet do you place your weight? Take a look at your shoes and examine where the soles are worn? You can make these observations as part of a self-study or svadyaya in sanksrit, one of the internal observances known as the niyamas.
