Workers can attend weekly 3o-minute live classes online for 12 weeks – OR – weekly 60-minute classes for 6 weeks.

30-minute classes will include working with hands, shoulders, and neck while seated, standing, and reclining.

60-minute classes help participants to go more in depth by working with a wide range of poses while overcoming stiffness in joints.
