Quiet Down All of You! As Geetaji Iyengar used to say at the beginning of her yoga classes with her.  Geetaji would often speak of how most humans are easily agitated. It is easy for many of us to fall into negative thinking patterns and struggle with difficult emotions like envy, greediness, sorrow, and anger. It is important to counter those sentiments that can  weigh us down with opposing positive thoughts. Don’t believe everything you think.   Doing yoga we can clear our minds and cultivate more compassion, joy, and faith into our lives.
