What can we change? What do we need to accept and face in order to transform? In yoga practice, if one is struggling with pose there are ways to address this situation. Sometimes coming out of the pose is the best idea. At other times, could a prop help? Can you shift your body’s position? The practice of yoga helps us to cultivate wisdom about our bodies and minds. It helps us unlock our potential to go beyond identifying with the transient.
