Iyengar Yoga offers many ways to practice yoga. The practice can be tailored depending on one’s energy level, schedule, preferences, and goals.  One can practice alone or with a group.  Props can be used to promote ease and stability or to present a suitable challenge.  Poses can be practiced in a variety of ways to help bring creativity and freshness to the practice. Have heard Iyengar teachers say, “Don’t do yesterday’s pose.” Yoga gives a purpose everyday to come to approach yoga practice with faith, vigor, memory, awareness, and devotion.
