Do not believe everything you think. It’s easy to be seduced by thoughts that cloud our judgement especially in times of sorrow and distress. We can also be swayed when our emotions are jovial. Sometimes it can be hard to let go of negative comments from others.  Practicing yoga helps us to de-clutter our thoughts and re-examine our thinking processes. How do you go about solving problems that come your way? By working with yoga poses we can look at how we react to the poses when they are challenging. Our own obstacles such as doubt, laziness, and indecisiveness are all revealed to us throughout our yoga journey. In every pose we can learn more about what tends to plague us not just physically but also mentally and emotionally. This can be uncomfortable and challenging however we can learn information about ourselves to we can unlock and grow.
