The way yoga asana penetrates us is subtle. In a flash our limbs can be awakened as if splashed by some cosmic fire. This phenomenon is a reason to rejoice and practice more.  With the correct and repeated practice over a long period of time  the benefits come.  However, there are more reasons to practice yoga besides the health benefits. Are there not other ways to work out and be active? Yoga is an art and a way to quiet the mind. There is always something new to observe and realization waiting to be revealed.
