Practice Journal

Improve the yogic postures you have learned in class by practicing a few poses each day. To help remember what happened in class keep  a yoga  journal. After class, as soon as you can write down all the pose names and what you can remember from class especially anything meaningful for you.  Jot down whatever comes to mind.  Let this journal log be a guide to help you remember what poses to practice.
