One way to overcome obstacles in our yoga practice with is with tenacity. We just have to keep trying until we achieve our goals. If having a yogic goal seems challenging think of different options. Perhaps, it’s to practice the same amount of time every time everyday whether that is 20 minutes of 2 hours. Think of a time frame that is realistic and stick to it. If you fall off your routine just go back to it. If personal practice is hard to maintain consider attending a group class or schedule an individual session with your yoga instructor.
