The Hatha Yoga Pradipika by Yoga Swami Swatmarama makes it clear that only tireless practice is the secret to sucess in yoga (I.66). The Bhagavad Gita says Yoga is Skillful Action (II.50). It is important to consult with a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) about your path to practice. Bring your yoga questions and findings to a yoga class taught by a CIYT.
