Three ways to help find time for your yoga practice

  1. Practice first thing in the morning before anyone in the household rises up for the day.  Do your yoga practice before checking your phone,  watching television, or even reading a news paper. Not an early bird? See the following hints.
  2. Consciously  schedule time in your day for yoga practice. Write it down in your calendar and set an alarm on your phone.
  3. Pick different times during the day for when yoga practice can happen for you.  Give yourself multiple opportunities to practice yoga. Unpredictable events can easily derail our plans so its smart to have a backup plan. Have a variety of options of when to practice yoga in case you need a rain check. If you miss the “first bus” you can rest assure there will be others to follow.
