Let Go

At the end of yoga practice we usually practice savasana known as corpse pose in English. While releasing the entire body to the floor we let go of unconscious holds and grips. The letting go doesn’t stop at the physical level. We soften and relax so we can let go of thoughts about the future and the past. Consider what lies beyond our clinging and grasping? When we surrender a natural patience emerges enabling us to become complete present.
