The “Pink” Full Moon will emerge on April 1, 2026 at 10:12 PM EDT in the night sky. It will be first full moon since the spring equinox.  In honor of this celestial event let us contemplate Sutra III.28 from Light on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali  B.K.S. Iyengar ,  ” By samyama (integration) on the moon, the yogi will know the position and system of the stars.” B.K.S. further explains in his commentary, ” The galaxies of stars stand for galaxies of thought-waves which, like starts, twinkle, disappear, reappear and shine forth once again.”
