How do we start our yoga practice? There many ways including : go to a class, look up a sequence or a pose in Light on Yoga, roll out your yoga mat and do a pose on it, do a pose spontaneously without a yoga mat, or watch a video online. These are only a few of the many ways to ignite a yoga practice session. The main purpose is you do a pose and then see what happens. Once we begin our yoga practice we are more likely to be successful to continue it. With hope and faith we can see where the journey will take us.
